Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (shovels, levels, saws) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks and distribute materials efficiently
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid US driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Mesa
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, heights)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
