Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Participate in temporary structure setup and site barricade installation
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – open to all backgrounds and education levels
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Columbus metro area
- Availability for early morning shifts (5:30 AM start) 3-4 days per week
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
