Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, carrying, and material handling
- Participate in team construction activities to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—entry-level welcome!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Diego County
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
