Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing land, digging trenches, and leveling surfaces.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site using hand tools, forklifts, and heavy machinery.
- Support Trades: Provide general support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site, removing debris and ensuring safety hazards are addressed immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment such as skid steers, pallet jacks, and compactors under direct supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications

- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) and standing on concrete.
