Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, loading, and unloading construction materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Transport tools and materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols, site-specific instructions, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and demanding physical environments.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
