Job Overview
As a Construction Laborer, you will assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure our projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and transport them to the job site.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure worksite.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Demolish structures and remove debris from job sites.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor.
