Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform general site maintenance and debris removal
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors
- Support team coordination and communication efforts
Qualifications
- No construction experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Reliable transportation to job sites across LA County
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
