Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support various construction tasks including demolition, framing, and finishing
- Adapt to changing site conditions and project requirements
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
