Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Perform basic excavation, demolition, and cleanup tasks
- Operate hand tools and light equipment under supervision

- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, and basic machinery
- Participate in scaffold setup and teardown procedures
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license preferred
