Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform clean-up duties and debris removal at project locations
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support team members with general construction tasks as assigned
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Fresno
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
