Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks as needed.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removal of debris and trash to maintain a safe workspace.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we train motivated candidates.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus.
