Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily construction activities.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Unload and organize construction materials from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and correctly.
- Perform site cleanup and waste removal duties as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward learning.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
