Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions from supervisors
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand tools
- Support project timelines by efficiently completing assigned daily tasks
- Participate in team-based projects with clear communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and occasional weekends
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with ability to follow instructions precisely
