Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with site preparation and cleanup.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
