Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Plumbers: Shadow and assist experienced technicians with daily repair and installation tasks.
- Tool Operation: Learn to safely operate hand and power tools used in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize pipes, fixtures, and tools for daily jobs.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by gathering necessary equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Customer Service: Interact with homeowners professionally, answering questions and explaining the repair process.
- Job Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area after every job to ensure safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work on feet for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations.
- Reliability: Punctual and dedicated to showing up for shifts on time.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalency accepted).
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills are essential.
