Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to support project execution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Participate in daily briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Willingness to work outdoors in Tucson's climate (heat, dust, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Pima County
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety-first practices
- No experience required – we provide paid onboarding training
