Responsibilities
- Install residential plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems under supervision
- Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on water heaters, faucets, and toilets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Document work orders and communicate effectively with homeowners and team leads
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Support emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for evenings/weekends as needed
- Plumbing apprenticeship or trade school preferred but not required
