Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled trades with material handling and tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
- Complete basic construction tasks as directed by supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
