Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites according to OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and instructions from project supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings

Qualifications
