Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (hard hats, vests, etc.)
- Read basic blueprints and communicate with team leads
- Demolish structures and prepare sites for new construction
- Transport debris and maintain cleanliness per project standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Drug-free commitment and passing background check
- Team player with strong communication skills
