Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup operations
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) under supervisor guidance
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed

Qualifications
