Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including framing, demolition, and site preparation
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and waste removal to maintain safety standards
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
