Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job site conditions
- Load/unload construction materials and transport debris to designated areas
- Perform trenching, excavation support, and concrete finishing tasks as assigned
- Participate in team-based projects while adhering to construction blueprints
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and report hazards promptly
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts (6 AM start)
