Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, excavation, and cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools and basic equipment (hammers, saws, shovels)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete daily tasks efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in team projects to meet construction deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be 18+ years old
