Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks such as holding tools, mixing materials, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety regulations.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the work site as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and on job sites in Albuquerque.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward learning new skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
