Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Read blueprints and execute simple construction tasks
- Transport materials and equipment using manual or mechanical methods
- Collaborate with crews to meet project deadlines
- Report hazards and maintain site compliance with OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-sponsored)
- Punctual and dependable with strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
