Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and basic equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing teams as needed
- Participate in daily safety briefings and tool inspections
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Colorado Springs
