Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain site safety protocols by wearing proper PPE and following guidelines
- Perform physical tasks including demolition, cleanup, and material handling
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Support team coordination to ensure efficient project completion
Qualifications
