Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and manual labor tasks
- Participate in site cleanup and debris removal
- Support various construction projects (residential/commercial)
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
