Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and debris removal using hand/power tools
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Operate basic machinery like forklifts and compactors after certification
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and project instructions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool handling experience preferred but not required
