Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized workspaces
- Perform general site maintenance including debris removal and equipment setup
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project goals
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Raleigh/Virginia
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- No prior experience required – training provided
