Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site prep, material handling, and cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision
- Maintain organized and clean job sites according to safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow verbal instructions and contribute to team-based projects
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company standards
- Complete daily time logs and report equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Omaha metro area
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
