Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for task completion
- Support concrete pouring, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to all company protocols
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
