Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Complete daily job assignments efficiently and meet project deadlines
- Participate in team briefings and project planning sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous physical activity
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
