Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic construction tools (shovels, hammers, saws) under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload materials and equipment from trucks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Adhere to project timelines and manager instructions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
