Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including digging, lifting materials, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform site preparation duties (clearing, leveling, etc.)

Qualifications
