Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Load/unconstruction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying
- Adhere to project schedules and team instructions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level positions available
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Must pass background check and drug screening
