Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Perform safety checks and maintain clean, organized work sites
- Use hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-sponsored)
- Good communication skills and team player mentality
