Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues and malfunctions
- Install wiring, fixtures, panels, and other electrical components
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with senior electricians to learn best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Arizona electrical license within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic hand tool proficiency (multimeter, wire strippers, etc.)
