Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings per blueprints and safety codes
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain organized job sites
- Read technical schematics and follow installation procedures
- Perform inspections and repairs under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA/Washington State electrical safety regulations
- Document work progress and maintain inventory of materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored apprenticeship program
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No prior experience necessary – training provided!
