Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to plan installations
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical circuits and equipment
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Document work and maintain safety logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic understanding of electrical principles (training provided)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (we'll sponsor)
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Missouri electrician license within 6 months
