Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to execute projects
- Ensure compliance with California Electrical Code and safety protocols
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues
- Prepare work sites and maintain organized tool inventory
- Collaborate with journeymen on residential and commercial projects
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts (or willingness to learn)
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (preferred, training provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fresno County
- Pass background check and drug screening
