Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Follow NEC safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults and malfunctions
- Prepare work sites and organize tools/materials
- Document work progress and maintain safety logs
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical principles
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Journeyman certification
