Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Assist senior electricians with panel upgrades, wiring, and circuit installations
- Document work performed and maintain accurate project records
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and systems
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various physical conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Oregon Electrical License (training provided)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
