Responsibilities
- Install wiring, fixtures, and control equipment per blueprints and safety standards
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on transformers, circuit breakers, and wiring
- Adhere to OSHA and NFPA 70E electrical safety protocols
- Assist senior electricians with complex projects and system upgrades
- Document work completed and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure project specifications are met
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
