Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues and malfunctions
- Assist with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit breaker installations
- Perform safety inspections and document maintenance activities
- Collaborate with journeyman electricians on complex projects
- Participate in company-sponsored training for certification advancement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various physical environments
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 12 months
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
