Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsPerform inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision
- Install conduit, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Document work performed and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and hand tool proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Pennsylvania electrician license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
