Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection methods
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete apprenticeship training modules and skill assessments
- Document work orders and maintain service logs
- Participate in on-call emergency rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool familiarity preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
