Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and system diagnostics
- Prepare work areas and materials for electrical installations
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
- Participate in continuous training programs to develop skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites across PA/GA
- Pass background check and drug screening
