Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit testing
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and NEC regulations
- Perform equipment inspections and troubleshooting with guidance
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- No experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within first year
